NeutrinoX's Reviews: Gaim
Hi to everyone! Here I will write a review for a multi-protocol instant messaging (IM) client called Gaim.

In resume, it's excellent. Works for Linux, BSD, MacOS X, and Windows. It is compatible with AIM and ICQ (Oscar protocol), MSN Messenger, Yahoo!, IRC, Jabber, Gadu-Gadu, SILC, GroupWise Messenger, and Zephyr networks. It can log on different accounts on different protocols, it has the basic features of the most commonly used clients like file transfer and away messages, and it has its own unique features, like Buddy Pounces, which give the ability to notify you, send a message, play a sound, or run a program when a specific buddy goes away, signs online, or returns from idle; and plug-ins, consisting of text replacement, a buddy ticker, extended message notification, iconify on away, spell checking, tabbed conversations, and more.
